    Free snacks . The health care is fair.

    Cons

    You work so hard during the quarter and it is not appreciated. They tend to back stab a lot. It is more of survival of the fittest...

    Laid back atmosphere. Decent compensation, good stock bonuses.

    Cons

    Very hierarchical, the firm is run from the top down and there is very little going on in middle management

    Relaxed but professional work environment, appropriate compensation, very talented teams, great work / life balance, exceptional opportunity for immediate hands-on work experience across a vast array of projects and areas.

    No cons. Must be properly skilled and able to produce the work asked of you immediately upon starting your position.

    Perfect sized company There was always plenty of work to do and enough people to do You can be as involved as you like I never had a boring moment there All the staff and especially my bosses were fantastic

    Cons

    It did seem disorganized at times Sometimes, it was difficult to pinpoint exactly whom I was supposed to report to

    Pros

    In general, corporate employees tend to be happy. Most supervisors understand and support employees when they are experiencing difficult times at home.

    Cons

    If I had to choose one thing negative about the company, I would say that it is a nightmare to use the medical insurance the company has chosen for the corporate employees. It can easily take 9 months or more for an insurance claim to be settled.
