      Aspect has a great team of talents, and it is a pleasure to work in this multi-disciplinary team. Team Spirit and Passion can be experienced every day at Aspect.

      Cons

      Aspect work culture is fast-paced. Aspect team is easily adaptable and even welcome change for greater good.

      Pros

      - It is exciting to be involved in a company with a big vision - The team is truly amazing. Everyone is so smart and collaborate - Startup culture so you learn a lot and wear different hats - Good total compensation package (salary, stock options, benefits, etc) that continues to get better as the company grows - The company recently introduced an annual professional development allowance

      Cons

      - Priorities can shift quickly so if you’re not used to startups it can be difficult - Leadership is very ambitious so the bar for objectives are often set high - There’s never a shortage of tough problems and work, so you often have to put in a lot of time and effort

      Pros

      Team members are nice and it feels nice to be a part of a company that is working towards curing diseases. Extended health insurance is good.

      Cons

      The biggest issue is the low pay, it is much less than at other companies. There are also limited opportunities for advancement as all of the managers are either founders or external hires. There is also no retirement benefits plan.
