      Great Company and Great Culture

      Pros

Whilst there are a number of specialist teams it does feel as if it's one big family. You're given enough responsibility from day one but also enough help for when it's needed. The culture steers towards laissez faire by giving a lot of flexibility in the way you work but your role is still structured enough for you to be motivated and know what you're doing.

      Cons

High expectations of staff but this can be a positive if you take advantage of it in the rewarding environment

      Pros

Easily say this is the best organisation i have ever worked for! Superb career development and opportunities for everyone at every level. Flexible approach and liberal attitude to balancing personal life and aspirations. Excellent training and huge investment into their staff. The brand also holds enormous credibility in the market and strong relationships with major clients. Would also hold the management team in very high esteem.

      Cons

Rightly so they have high expectations of their staff and will stretch people to be successful and reach their peak. You need to be self motivated and driven and if you are skies the limit.

Challenging job, meritocracy in a fun environment with honest values

      Pros

Excellent career development plan, employee focused, flexible working, autonomous working environment. Most commission orientated jobs can feel isolating and recruitment company environments are notoriously competitive places to work, but it feels that you are part of a family, and a team working towards a goal which will benefit all.

      Cons

Fairly new to the market in Asia so need more people to achieve the growth they are aiming at. Have high standards and high expectations of their staff.
