Strong place to start your carrier
9 Dec 2019 - Analyst in London, EnglandRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
In the London office at least- there free breakfast and lunch, with a beer fridge. The company changed the catering company recently, so the quality of food has improved quite a lot. There is a good set of training programmers, so is a good place to start your carrier. Compared with other agencies, the company has invested in technology and the company is driving automating a lot of the jobs. Flexi time is also welcome. The managers (in my team, anyway) are very willing to push people out of the door if they are still working after 5:30] Yoga, Pilates and HIIT classes offered for free.
Cons
Progress in projects is can get tough at times- the office is quite cliquey and it can be hard to have progress in tasks. There is good work happening- the devs managing to bring in new apis. the information is not shared well at the moment. There are people who are the "rockstars" in the company but are somewhat disruptive to work progress and team efficiency. Not much is done by the upper management team about this. Team out in Hong Kong are continually swamped in work, and will message the London team at 11pm in HK time. They don't have the resources to be able to learn how to make their lives easier, and to simplify the process that they have going on Starting salary is not competitive- and the number of promotions is bloated by having graduate joiners having one job title while in probation, and then they get promoted to junior analyst

Amazing company culture - poor salary and career progression
17 Apr 2019 - Anonymous Employee in London, EnglandRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Free breakfast, lunch and snacks. - Lots of company activities (socials, drinks, sports etc.) - Amazing people from all over the world and an amazing culture within the office. - Great environment for graduates as your first job.
Cons
- Salary is really poor compared to the market. Not just poor but actually really poor and they do keep their wallet tight so do not expect any salary increase unless you really nag about it. - Poor structure within my department. Management was never present and literally no follow up in regards of career progression, even when you ask for it. - With the low chance of career progression and salary increase there is a high turnover on people which makes it hard to work long-term.

Great agency which is continually developing
10 Mar 2017 - Senior PPC Analyst in London, EnglandRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- independent - gives it a completely different feel / culture than other agencies that I've worked at. there is more of a team spirit. - size - it's one of the biggest agencies for PPC, so a lot of experienced people to ask help from. - technology - really really good technology. I can see why the agency has won so many big pitches. - clients - genuinely the best overall client portfolio in terms of brand names - nike, asos, ralph lauren, dropbox (i had to work in professional services for a year at my last company *yawn*) -growth - it seems to be growing really quickly. constant hiring and lots of opportunity to grow teams, services, (& promotions) -benefits - free breakfast & lunch is great. they do make an effort to listen to suggestions even though theres some real moaners.
Cons
- space - new communal space is good but main floor will be squeezed with all the new clients & hires - salary - some other agencies pay more. I guess they have to if they are smaller, less benefits, less desirable, exciting clients.

Wonderful place to work
22 Oct 2018 - PPC Analyst in London, EnglandRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Free breakfast and lunch, massages, free beer/prosecco/wine every Friday in the office + a monthly tab at the nearest pub every month, regular socials with your team (4/year) and larger socials with the wider company (4-6 /year), strong collaborative culture, approachable management, Bing/Google freebies, large clients, work-from-home days available to all senior staff, flexible working hours for all staff, strong culture of encouraging growth, mental health support (mental health first aid training + councillors twice per month), yoga classes, fitness classes, gym discounts, additional holiday for charity work, the list goes on.. Peoples experience can vary with management of course, but broadly speaking the company puts a huge amount of effort into ensuring people enjoy their work and are encouraged to grow.
Cons
Limited access to technical expertise for junior staff, leading to junior staff missing out on automation opportunities.

Pros
-Free food (breakfast, lunch, snacks and fruit) and drinks (hot, cold and bar) -Like minded, young people -Good knowledge of the field -Forward thinking with tech, dev and data
Cons
-Many people have left and have not been replaced resulting in resource being stretched very thin. This also meant that everyone is extremely busy and have no time to provide support and adequate training. -Office moved to a much more corporate setting and the agency quickly lost its culture and fun factor. -Salaries are below industry standard, which was fine when benefits compensated, however, many of the benefits have now been removed or downgraded. -Job titles and department structure unclear. -Progression is confusing and does not follow a straight forward process. -Poor communication between senior management and staff.

A great agency that has overcome its growth pains
12 Oct 2016 - Team Lead in London, EnglandRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- brilliant tech that they've built and developed themselves, especially the project management tool Cardwall - the international offering provides a great way to develop accounts and is great for employees to learn too - the data science team has grown quickly and does some unbelievable work - they have recently opened a number of new offices and prioritised existing staff to help run them - free breakfast, lunch, drinks everyday which is ace - new bar area is really nice
Cons
- since i started there has been a lot of growth, new clients etc and there has been a few issues along the way but things are definately settling down - settling into the new office has taken a long while and it is a lot more corporate looking than the one in Camden - lunch is not as good as it used to be

Pros
Free breakfast & lunch, early Friday finish, free beers & wine, good tech, great people, relaxed office atmosphere, general perks and benefits are excellent
Cons
After a recent move from Camden there is a more corporate feel to the place (might not be a con to some) but it has lost some of the 'fun' vibe it once had. Salaries seem to be below industry average. Departments work in isolation and there is very little communication between them, as a result there is very little opportunity to get exposure to different channels / skills In general it's a good company to work for and better than many other agencies in London

Good on your CV - poor salary and career progression
7 Nov 2019 - Junior PPC Analyst in London, EnglandRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
- Good perks, breakfast, lunch, beers on a Friday - Big clients which look good on the CV and give you good exposure to the industry - A good place to learn, especially for graduates - Ability to work on interesting projects which are generally ahead of the curve
Cons
- Low salary, below industry average - Can be very compartmentalized depending on what team you get - Management is very cliquey, with high turnover of junior staff - HR gossip and concerns generally go unanswered - Career progression is not based on merit, but by how long you've been at the agency - Workloads can be intense
