    Freesnacks,nothing nothing nothings benefits, food store, breaks

    Cons

    hostile environment people are so unprofessional all you hear is everyone cursing talking about customers or others while pressing mute. Favoritism only if you are a favorite you move up. Schedule varies goes based on performace hard to get a good schedule. A lot of gossip is like high school. Metrics are impossible to meet unrealistic goals. All they care for is money not the customers.

    I love that they give you multiple chances to excel and offer a lot of help!

    Cons

    Fast paced, and sometimes certain branches don’t reach out to you while a customer is on hold, so your holds can be up to an hour.
