      Company Managers don't have communication skills

      Pros

      Companies junior level employees are good in nature and supportive.

      Cons

      Companies Managers and HR don't have professional skills. They believe in sitting quite. They don't have good communication internally. They never communicate to employee for solution of their problem. They believe to hear only,not to support them.

      I'm glad you enjoyed the co-workers you worked with at Ataraxis. The team camaraderie has always been high here. I'm very sorry that you didn't feel the leadership team had strong communication to support you. It can be very isolating to feel that you are "in it alone" without the support of strong leadership. I am not sure when you worked at Ataraxis. Our organization has gone through significant intentional cultural change and the members of our leadership team have changed as well. Sometimes it takes a unified leadership team with a strong vision and a passion for transparent communication to ensure the kind of support you were hoping for is present in an organization.       Pros

      Insurance premiums are paid 100% (however actual plan is very bad), relatively laid back, somewhat of a close family feel, lots of free lunches.

      Cons

      Management, disorganized, tons of gossip, terrible direction. They try to impress with things like kegorators, ping pong tables, free lunch, etc but the direction and overall leadership is terrible so none of those things really matter. If your serious about your career, stay away from this place. There is a reason they have high turnover, because to many people fall into the trap of them being a "cool" company when its an awful environment. I have seen too many people come in and its great for 4 or 5 months and then they see what its really like.
