I worked at Atkins full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Excellent work environment, very good team support, competitive remuneration, flexible working hours. Truly one of the 'best MNCs in India to work for'.

    Cons

Nothing much I could notice, other than usual petty office frictions between teams.

I have been working at Atkins full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    • Flexible working • Career opportunities • Exposure to your skills I have been with Atkins for nearly 5 years now. In my journey within Atkins i have been able to explore different parts of recruitment. I had these opportunities because i could show my skills, voice out on my desire to where and how i wanted to mould my career. I'm glad that this was heard and provided to me. Therefore, I would say the culture of Atkins of prioritising internal employees is a big plus. I strongly believe when I talk about careers its not only about upward movement it can be lateral. With personal experience I have moved in 3 different areas within recruitment because I had the interest to learn and improve on my skills. Their L&D programs are well certified for people stepping in managerial roles. One of the other pros I can mention is the management values your skills and so you have your own style of working. I am glad to say Atkins has also given me platform to present my other skills (dance, theater, football) during various events

    Cons

Change Management: There have been frequent changes in management which may be temporary but leads to frequent changes of processes and policies. I guess this may settle in long term but until it does it is a bit frustration.
