    fixed timing, work-life balance, friendly work environment, good salary for freshers

    Cons

    non uniform workload that is dictated by product companies, too much focus on billing hours, slow growth, saturation level after 3 years of working

    Advice to Management

    Please invest the profit gained in tool training, technology training and paid trainings by OEMs such as emerson, L&T, siemens and eaton for loyal employees. Please focus on the requirements of experienced employees.
