I have been working at Atlas Copco full-time

    Pros

It is a great company to work for. They believe in freedom with accountability and also practice it. One of the very few companies that have a extremely robust process for internal movements (IJPs) and support change of domain on merit basis.

    Cons

May be they could move faster with times, technologically they are very innovative and top of the class but backed processes and systems sometimes take a back seat.
