Pros
I had the best time working at Atmana. I learned a lot. I was introduced to new niches and given time and training to settle into my role and responsibilities. My opinions were heard and respected with regards to various projects. Full transparency with regards to projects one is working on.

-Excellent environment to find out your true professional niche. -I got plenty of opportunities to work on high profile projects, and saw my progress in real-time. -A small team size means that your role is important and impactful.

Work from home - only pro but that again comes with hell loads of micro management

Full micromanagement, the management needs to know every bit of your daily schedule, low trust in employees, no holidays, overwork and underpaid, for them work from home means the employee needs to be available until they sleep and they pay you peanuts lower than a blue-collar worker but expectations are sky high from your work. Join here if you want to experience the worst ex of work culture. Fortunate to have left them or my health would have gone for a toss.

I had the opportunity to work at Atmana, and it was an incredible experience. The company's supportive and transparent culture made me feel valued and included from day one. The management team was always accessible and encouraged open communication, which fostered a sense of trust and collaboration among the employees.

Nothing for now. All going good.

Nothing special to mention about this company.

So many things to mention 1) Micromanagement to extreme. 2) Favouritism. Cares only about 5 people close to them and that's it. 3) Not so experienced seniors to dictate such high posts 4) Culture at its worst. 5) Office politics.

1.The company culture encourages blaming others for mistakes. 2. promotes individuals based on personal connections and favoritism, rather than their abilities and hard work 3.hire and fire policy, where employees are frequently hired and then quickly let go
