Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI worked at Atrient full-time for less than a year
Pros
Competitive salaries & occasional catered lunches
Cons
Honestly too many to count, but to list a few: - COO from Hell (read the review from 11/20/18 - "Think twice before working here..." That about sums him up in a nutshell.) - High turnover rate - Severe lack of structure and organization - No training for new employees on what their job duties will include - Departments don't communicate with one another, things constantly fall through the cracks - Long working hours

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI worked at Atrient full-time for less than a year
Pros
When the COO isn’t in the office.
Cons
COO is a micromanager and has no respect for his employees or clients. I have never worked for a more unorganized company in my life. No one knows what the expectations are and there’s absolutely no training on what needs to be done. The COO is the worst. He gets wasted at every trade show event and in front of current customers. Shouts profanities on the daily. Took four weeks for me to finally get a paycheck from them. They also don’t have an HR department because I was told they fired all of them.

Negative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Atrient full-time for less than a year
Pros
Ample parking and clean restrooms.
Cons
- Micromanaged to the highest degree. You literally need to sign in/sign out to use the restrooms. - Even if you are 5 minutes late coming in or coming back from your lunch, eyebrows get raised. - Staff meetings are rare so one knows what actually goes on behind the scenes.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Atrient full-time for more than a year
Pros
Outside of earning a pay check, there are none.
Cons
• The culture here will terrify you. • There is no attempt at team cohesiveness or any logical structure between departments. • This is a mean spirited environment where the preferred method of communication is via yelling. • You will feel as if your walking on eggshells with every meeting and interaction with management. • You will be offered a low salary if you give them the opportunity. • Your actual duties will far exceed those of the ones that you were hired to do and you will not be compensated appropriately. • Be wary of those around you as they may not be what they seem.

RecommendsPositive OutlookI have been working at Atrient full-time
Pros
- Open-door policy and reciprocity - expectations are communicated and feedback is always welcome. I look forward to making a full career at Atrient by achieving the expectations placed in front of me. - If you are new to the industry, don't be intimidated. There are endless opportunities to explore and advance your career at Atrient. The key is to ask questions, communicate, and apply yourself. If neither of those sounds appealing to you, look elsewhere. -Recognizes employee merits by sharing financial rewards of its success. -Celebrates their employees with pop-up lunches, holiday gatherings, and team outings.
Cons
The A/C works perfectly... which doesn't jive well with my cold bones. Keep a warm sweater in the office. ;D
