    Pros

    -Work a little outside and a little inside -Ride around for most of the day -Able to get out into the community -Fairly relaxing culture in some work centres (it's not the same everywhere) -The pay is reasonable for what we do, could be better though.

    Cons

    -PPE can be lacking for a job where it can rain heavy on you for 3+ hours a day, sometimes in cold weather/snow -The can be a lack of teamwork and consistency in leadership and work practices. -Repetitive job.
