RecommendsPositive OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Australia Post full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Friendly, helpful, caring and flexible work culture. As with all large corporations, there are many diverse development opportunities. Great work-life balance.
Cons
Lack of clear strategic direction from senior leaders, which then trickles down to all other decision-making within the business. A great deal of analyses and discussions are made for many ideas and proposals, plus money spent on external consultants, but often they lead nowhere. Areas work in silos, leading to duplicate efforts and missed opportunities.
