Only 1 week off in a week 12 hours shift Poor Management Poor salary Team leaders are too rude No proper training They don't provide your last salary in organisation and f&f is very tough to get Incentive criteria is too hard Target is very very high, you can't achieve it in your shift hours and you have to do stretch No cab facility even it is night shift, you have to go by your own, No cab for females also, they have to wait till metro open in morning and then go to their home You can't leave before you complete your target No food available and no coffee machine also 1 microwave oven only for all employees

Salary is more than competetive in the industry. Leave/Maternity Leave policy is great. Reimbursements & bonuses offered to employees. Monthly/Quarterly rewards & recognitions to the employees. In house food provided by the company is great. Free parking.

Only drawback is that shift timings are rigorous and expect to stretch in order to get the work done which is fine but could be better.
