Pros

Avetta has a great corporate culture and management has done a wonderful job at making me feel like a part of that culture as a remote employee. The level of growth the company is experiencing is exciting and everyone here should feel that they are a part of something big. It was a relief to see a cooperative sales community that shares best practices as appose to the cut-throat environment I had experienced at the... huge tech company I was previously working with.

Lack of structure in training and on-boarding.

Best in Class Executive Team with clear vision of the future. Access to upper management with open door policy. Compensation and Benefits are top of industry. Freedom to make improvements with entrepreneurial spirit. Company to grow with.

None at this time. Fast paced growth environment and individuals need ability to maneuver quickly to meet growing demands. Only a Con for those opposed to change.

I joined Avetta in February this year with a merger. From the beginning I felt welcome and highly appreciated. Regardless which Department or Manager/colleague I worked with so far, everyone is very supportive and committed. From an employee perspective, I have to highlight the great experience with the HR Department, who is extremely engaged in taking care of the employees and provide as many benefits as... possible. Additionally, you can feel the team spirit and the overall commitment, what has a great motivational impact, as we all strive together for the same goals. Even with not being that long with Avetta yet, I got the opportunity to join and contribute to a client summit, what was a great experience for me. Long story short: very happy to be part of the Avetta family, and looking forward to a great future!

When Browz merged with Avetta, Browz employees had many questions. We loved the culture we had, but Avetta has been even better. I have been nothing but impressed with the Avetta management team, the professional work environment, employee empowerment and vision for the company. At Avetta, teams have access to the tools we need to be successful and departments function collaboratively. I have yet to... experience any walls between departments, everyone does their best to work together and drive growth. If you want to be a part of a "Team" this is where you want to be. John Herr (CEO) is highly involved and quick to recognize individual and department success publicly, while still challenging the business. In terms of compensation, it is clear that Avetta want's to attract the best talent, true "A" players they are among the most competitive in this great market. HR does a great job, going above and beyond to ensure their employees are successful.

Be careful, the fully stocked break room could add a few pounds.

There is no communication. They have been letting all of the Browz employees go and we have been given walking papers for the next few months. They out source our work to India

Advice to Management

Keep jobs in America and actual communicate with the other company that they merged with. I loved working at Browz but I absolutely hate Avetta.
