Unstable Work Environment and Poor Leadership Decisions leading to Layoffs and Revenue loss
Pros
None that's worth mentioning here.
Cons
I was not personally affected by the recent layoffs, but many of my colleagues were, including some who had joined only a few weeks or months ago. The company has a culture of hiring and firing frequently to offset revenue losses, often for reasons unrelated to employee performance. They are also struggling to acquire new clients, while competitors are doing a much better job. The India leadership team, particularly at the manager and director levels, displays a service-based mindset that has severely damaged the work culture. They are neither technically competent nor effective at execution, which results in chaos and short-sighted decisions. Although the company offers salaries better than market averages, the expectations are unrealistic and toxic. Most of the talented company leaders and senior employees are leaving. If you are considering joining, think carefully. The workplace is unstable, and you may find yourself out of a job much sooner than expected.
