I have worked for Avventis Inc for almost three years and I always felt more like a family. This is where I started my career and I am fortunate to have such a wonderful beginning. The team is highly co-operative and supportive in all possible ways. Special kudos to highly experienced HR and legal team.

Pros

Support to employees is appreciable. At times when nothing is going in your way, moral support from higher management is something assured. The experience the management has something to look after. Employee-Employer relationships are highly valued.
