Pros
Culture is still being built after the merger of GA Gulf and PPG Chlor Alkali. The growth options are there, but the culture is still being defined.

Issues adapting to the new scale of business.

Pros
Love the people and culture. Great place to work and achieve your professional goals that you set. Management team is very approachable and hands on.
Cons
After the merger of Georgia Gulf and PPG, Axiall is in the process of developing it's own culture and processes, so there are a lot of new initiatives being rolled out all at once. It's good growth, but it's a lot of change all at once.
