      Pros

      They give fault promise of your growth in the company, show casing new business and growth.They hire people to see they can develop a new set up, if it does not work. Without prior notice, they will stop your mailbox access and inform we are able to get the new project.

      Cons

      Work is not defined to you, not organised.

      Pros

      I starting working with Axiom a year ago. I haven't came across to such a nice, supportive and healthy environment. I would really like to thank Rahul Shah (Finance Manager) for believing in me and giving this wonderful life time opportunity to work with this great company. He is the best of all Managers whom I have ever worked. Words are less to describe about Axiom and the entire Management and staff. All of them are really helpful and supportive in every way. I am sure this company has a great future in the near future.Thank you Axiom :)

      Pros

      They'll try to use tons of money to get new talent but do not follow through on what they have promised, such as bonuses (even if it is in signed contract). While employees who have been there for years do not see increases. No yearly increases.

      Cons

      "If you're not married you should be working 12 hour days" "I wish we could only hire men so our insurance would be cheaper" "We didn't think you could work in technology because you're not a man" "I don't tell people when I'm coming in to keep them on their toes" "You only have to follow 1/3 of the laws" Ranking team members by how smart they are "You're smart... for a girl"
