Absolutely no work pressure, a scheduled work time. Helps maintaining work life balance Though it also varies a bit from team to team.
Cons
If you at an early stage of your career, you will not get anything to learn. I was spending time without any work for 1 year. Which is cool, if you have other things to take care of in your life. Not at the beginning of your career.
