they'll use you and throw you

    Pros

refrigerator in the head office... and that's about it.

    Cons

    - below average pay - confrontational managers - the desktop and support staff are even worse - they don't care about your career growth - they will make you work on legacy products such as workbrain and kronos, which is a dead-end for your career, but money for them - they will just try to bill you out as much as possible - when the economy is good, they wont give you a pay rise. They will say the company didn't do well - the moment the economy is bad, they will make you redundant and ask you to hand in your laptop immediately

Nothing dreadful, but not outstanding either

    Pros

    - Work from home - Internet & Cell phone reimbursement up to $130/mo total - Great if you love HR software / workforce management

    Cons

    - Compensation could be higher - Although you're working in a small team, most of the time you're doing work on your own. Work isn't collaborative at all and mostly just solo (could be a pro or a con) - Expect to work overtime

    Pros

Works like a small firm, so much more access to Execs than 'big 5' firms; one clear set of messaging on Workforce Management; Solid blue chip retail clients.

    Cons

Need to be happy working from home; can be challenging to stay in touch if working on one full time project.

    Among the worst consultancy firms

    Feb 27, 2020 - Senior Consultant
    Recommend

    Business Outlook

    Pros

once a year, an exotic dinner or team building event some nice co-workers

    Cons

some of the worst coding practices I have ever seen too many layers of middle management you're expected to take calls at ungodly hours no pay increases (they would always blame it on the company not doing well)
