    The whole job is the downside you get zero training long hours no communication between staff and all the staff are unmotivated and depressed

    Nothing really, avoid at all costs

    Cons

    Long hours Management does not listen to you or make you part of the team. You always feels distanced. Store manager just wants you to work work and work and work and nothing else. Asked to work during COVID-19- business as usual???

    This is a family rather than an employer - motivated, caring employees and managers who reward hard work and determination. Opportunities for personal growth and development are plentiful and with First Line manager training programmes, Jolly Deck, monthly focussed training and Apprenticeships Every day is an opportunity to learn and grow
