Very welcoming and friendly, and with access to see the new and exciting technology being worked on, on site. My personal role allows me to visit other BAE sites which can be very exciting seeing the different things that are being manufactured.
Cons
The company can be very progressive on certain sites and others are easily forgotten or provided with upgrades as an after thought. In certain areas, career development can be difficult due to not wanting staff to progress as it will require a lot of money to train up someone new.
