I have been working at BAE Systems USA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    -Work load is very dynamic
-Periods of slow times really makes going to work a drag.
-Management does not hover. You are trusted to get the job done.
-Work does not follow you home, unless you take it.

    Cons

-Lots of hands in the process makes it difficult to get things done some time. People drag there feet a lot and things will hit the fan last minute.
-getting paperwork for repairs can be a nightmare
    -benefits aren’t the greatest.
    -Far too many meetings.
-People are afraid to make decisions, fear of backlash.

    Advice to Management

-Less meetings, more doing, less dragging feet, we need decisions asap.
-A lot of those making decisions have 0 clue as to what is happening on the shop floor. We need more involvement from these people.
