      Pros

Large, stable company that makes you feel appreciated and cares about employee wellness.

      Cons

Since it’s a large company, you can feel pretty far removed from upper management. But they make an effort not to seem distant which I appreciate.

Good starting position, no room for growth

      Pros

You can pretty much make your own schedule and there are lots of opportunities for overtime

      Cons

Office is terrible, the pay is worse. Benefits are decent but raises are negligible and salary is barely livable. Upper management is bloated and useless. Nearly all our projects and contracts run in the red

      Pros

      Cons

Upper management treats employees under them like garbage. Their only objective is to get vehicles out the door.

Huge gap between the leadership and employees

      Pros

Some interesting work, knowledgeable and friendly employees

      Cons

Company hired many people while current employees sit without work or doing work outside of their scope. Big turnovers every time new VP or director is hired, which don't really help employees. Limited opportunities to move within the company. A lot of minor things are wrong which add up: buildings are kept pretty cold during winter; poor cafeteria quality in terms of options and in some places even food quality; lack of HR help during complex situations, many programs don't have budget or tools to prepare new hires to take on new roles; a lot of it seems to be caused by lack of good communications between the upper management and lower management/ employees.

      Pros

Worked with some really great people. Work was interesting and engaging. Contract company I was with paid very well. Loved having every other Friday off.

      Cons

Nepotism is rampant at the Sterling Heights office. Some people getting preferential treatment because their parents know someone in upper management.
