      Pros

      - Biggest plus point with BASF is that one gets a lot of exposure - A person is given the freedom and ownership for his/her area of work - Fairly decent pay scale - Excellent work life balance

      Pros

      Nice work environment, better salary offerings than others in market. Superiors are always approachable and helpful. Employee benefits are the best in market.

      Cons

      Big companies have big problems too. Petty customer groups are sometimes left unattended leaving tasks to the following persons. Small issues are overseen sometimes which should be considered by management.

      Multinational company, with good work culture

      Cons

      Low salary as compared to competitors,no option of being sent for masters from the company side, less benefits and compensations

      Advice to Management

      Bring in the option of study leave, of completing masters while staying on with the company, have a system of sending employees for further studies in good foreign institutions and funding them( it's ok to make them sign a contract)

      Awesome place to work. Joined as a Grow Trainee in 2011. Employee friendly culture and ethics that develop a sense of pride to be associated with the No.1 Chemical Company in the world.

      Decision making is slow and involves a lot of red tape...which is common to any organization of this size.
