    Pros

    The German Lineage Profitable business

    Cons

Slow Decision Making Leaders just want to save their chairs... No focus on future HR Processes 20 years behind the services industry The Talent & Recruitment team lures people with Fake promises and misuses the position. No energy at workplace Applying in IJP's is seen as a conspiracy in the Team

    Advice to Management

Please get out of your slumber. The organization is 150 year old and so are the processes in india. If you cant manage milennials don't hire. Be open to feedback and new way of working. When the average age is 40 in the organization, you know how much fresh talent is being infused.
