6 May 2021 - Anonymous Employee in Research Triangle Park, NCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Good benefits package including 401k
Cons
Unless you’re someone’s favorite or popular, no opportunity for career growth. Extremely political and bureaucratic organization specifically in the Agriculture space. Management does not empower decision making at all levels. Decision by consensus/committee. Extremely hard to get things done in fact those that challenge status quo are viewed in a negative light and penalized through lack of opportunity. Very insular. Either you come from the industry and you’re “in” or you’re a part of the “popular club” or you’re out. There is talk of diversity and equity in the workplace but no focus or action behind the words. As a person of color I was never more aware of my color and lack of certain opportunities as I am in my current role. My workload consistently is several times greater than my peers, no one seems to care.

Great corporation to join!
26 Aug 2021 - Strategic Sourcing Manager in Raleigh, NCRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great working environment, very inclusive. Management appears to care alot about diversity and inclusion. Many opportunities to develop oneself and work on projects to spotlight your strengths. Possibility for movement internally to keep yourself challenged and to meet your career goals. Many locations globally for those that are mobile and would like to develop even faster! Large company provides many networking possibilities.
Cons
It's a large, global corporation...change can feel like it happens slowly. Lots of layers of management. Decision-making has to go through many layers of the organization.
