I worked at BCAA full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I got to spend 3 awesome years at BCAA as a team member there, during that time I built some strong friendships that I have maintained and appreciate. The company is willing to take action and make changes when needed and justified and working here you can accomplish great things. I am most proud of the Business Continuity and Security programs as I felt that we set an incredibly high bar building out world class solutions. This took engagement across the organization for us to be successful in both of these objectives.

    Cons

I think there are some challenges where we parked on being a caring and compassionate organization but lost a focus on accountability and delivery at the leadership table. We don't need to be tyrants with our teams to accomplish amazing things but the expectations need to be raised for the leadership of the organization.

    I worked at BCAA full-time

    Pros

    - Great wages and benefits - free bcaa membership - work load is focused, the admin staff do all the behind the scenes work so that insurance agents can focus on just selling their products

    Cons

    - Don't support their employees, will back managers always. - if you can schmooze you will make it far, if you are a hard worker good luck - their bonus structure is based off of your direct managers opinion of you not the work you do - careful how open you are, they can use it against you

I have been working at BCAA full-time

    Pros

Works very hard at trying to maintain employee's well being and happiness. Lots of support and training

    Cons

Hypocritical in terms of having a vision and having employee's backs but in reality not very true. They're always watching every step, there were even times when management got some employees fired just being of their dislike towards them
