Pros

Benefits are decent, pay is ok, bonuses basically nonexistant. Vacation policy is fairly generous, although that is abused by senior leaders who are rarely in the office.

Cons

If you aren't an SVP or above or a Broker you are a nobody. Support functions who do all the work, very under appreciated. Brokers struggling to produce business, yet aren't held accountable for results. A lot of credit is taken for subordinates work, who are excluded from discussion of their work.

Pros

Good brand name. Interesting work.

Cons

Do not do performance reviews. They set objectives but nobody takes notice of these unless it’s compliance driven. Poor management communication. Well below par pay rates for legacy staff. Only a few new employees and past business owners seem to be very well paid. Everybody else seems to be taken for granted. Performance is ranked on hearsay and not merit. High performers that generate income are not celebrated.

Pros

- Good pay - snackies & drinks in the office. - decent work life balance.

Cons

- terrible management. - people with very limited technical knowledge leading very technical teams which sadly eventually Leeds to its demice. - quiet sad senior/exec level office polítics. - very poor way of handling redundancies -terrible or no communication from upper management on key business desitions.
