Worst management I have ever experienced. Manager is your god. If he is happy then he will assign you the work otherwise you are like nobody. Even HR will not what you are complaining about. Manager will decide your salary your bonus your works everything. But there is no one who could take action against them. if they want they can fire you within an hour without any reason.
