Great community involvement, strong ability to provide temporary administrative resources to it's clients.
Cons
Lack of direction from any of the executive team, company tries to be everything to everybody instead of remaining focused at what they are good at, if you are friends with the executive you can get away with what ever you want (including not doing your job, spreading rumors, taking extended liquid lunches), the executive can never decide with a structure and stick with it for longer than a year, company certainly does not practice what they preach in terms of their core values, extremely poor hiring decisions have been made for very high profile roles within the organization, lots of great people have left this organization to move on to better things. Executive team has been in "business" for a long time but lacks any sort of common business sense.
