I have been working at BT Financial Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great support and opportunities to move across teams within the business. Management support is excellent and do their best to listen to staff which allows for initiatives that benefit the team. Strong emphasis on the wider team , built great relationships with amazing people. Promotes flexible working conditions.

    Cons

Project positions are given to applicants external to the business rather than providing the opportunities or at least skills to current staff that are interested participating.

I have been working at BT Financial Group full-time

    Pros

BT has a great culture and team environment. Managers are very helpful with development and are always there.

    Cons

As a CRC the role is quite repetitive and the 18 month contract is enforced quite heavily as you cannot move internally until you reach that mark.

    Advice to Management

I would say for management to offer more opportunities for off the phone activities and duties, such as contributing to other team projects

Greater visibility More willing to get hands dirty Lead by showing how to execute. Delegating/outsourcing too much can lead to poor outcomes

I have been working at BT Financial Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Excellent group of people, genuinely motivated to achieve good customer outcomes.

    Cons

Standard cons of working for a large organisation: legacy products are costly to maintain and difficult to migrate; sometimes many people are needed to make a decision.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you're doing.
