Staff Shop, Some good people. Good Engineering staff on shop floor. Some very dedicated people.

Cons

Very Poor Engineering Management, Overworked Engineers, Poor engineering conditions, Very poor production management - especially on night shift, Under skilled & Two faced production staff, popularity means more than skills & qualification, rubbish & inadequate HR department. No appreciation for hard work. Very hard to get legally required PPE. Dumb & very lazy hygiene management on nights. Staff turnover is high for a reason!!!!!

Pros

Good apprentice and graduate scheme, employs from a variety of cultures

Cons

Poor management, pressure cooker, lack of support, not an adaptable culture, rude staff, lack of respect for each other, not disability friendly, dishonest management, lack of communication, processes that are 10-15 years old, no clear career structure, reward is based on popularity than hard work.

Pros

4 days on 4 days off, so plenty of free time, large car park no issues with parking, modern canteen

Cons

Not enough hours in a day to complete the work load so expected to do overtime for free, management challenges you on smalles details just to show who's the boss, group bullying is common and your sucking up is valued alot more than hard work.
