Staff Shop, Some good people. Good Engineering staff on shop floor. Some very dedicated people.

Very Poor Engineering Management, Overworked Engineers, Poor engineering conditions, Very poor production management - especially on night shift, Under skilled & Two faced production staff, popularity means more than skills & qualification, rubbish & inadequate HR department. No appreciation for hard work. Very hard to get legally required PPE. Dumb & very lazy hygiene management on nights. Staff turnover is high for a reason!!!!!

Pros

Shifts work with some people's lives. Staff shop ok. Some of the staff want to improve the workplace. Facilities quite new.

Cons

Simple answer to save money is take away labour to a point where it is unproductive and actually costs more in errors. Instructions come from senior management who will not engage and only want robots to deliver their message of my way or no way while the operation struggles by understaffed day day. Select few have been there so long the slip under the radar or the senior managers know are too hard to remove and so there is no consistency in workload, targets or performance.

Pros

Good pay, good staff shop, nice people working there, everyone is friendly.

Cons

Work is in cold environment. Can be long hours.
