The senior management at this company lacks professionalism and exhibits egocentric behavior. The client services department is led by a team that, unfortunately, seems disconnected from effective client service practices. The executive leadership is predominantly male and tends to show little respect toward the client services team (predominantly female), creating a negative work environment.
I had my initial reservations about joining, but I took a chance (left a job that I had), only to find a culture that feels exclusionary and closed to change. As a proud Muslim and person of colour, I’ve noticed that diversity and inclusivity are not valued here, and subtle discrimination exists, making it difficult to thrive.
Furthermore, I was disappointed to hear about the leadership’s decision to express support for political stances in company-wide messages, which felt imposing too many employees, especially those with differing views.
Overall, there are many other agencies with healthier, more inclusive work cultures that value diverse perspectives. I would advise others, particularly those who value inclusivity,stability to consider alternatives.
