    Pros

    Endless Opportunities in different vertical.............across the globe. One can explore opportunities not just domestic across the globe in different domains.

    Cons

    In house training system can be improved...................Not too many in house instructor led training available. There should be more opportunities in Training as a career.

    Advice to Management

    Training programmes can be improved....1 place a loads improvement requirement. People want to take it as a career but very limited opportunity.

    Work life balance. Sodexo card with amount 650. Good hikes.

    Cons

    Should be more competitive. Initial salary offering is less. Most Technologies are out-dated. Access issues.

    Recognise better talent. Offering Salary should be better
