      Banyan feels like a place that feeds off employees’ hard work without giving anything back. Recognition is practically nonexistent—no matter how much effort you put in, it goes unnoticed and unappreciated. The culture is heavily driven by internal politics rather than performance or merit, which makes growth frustrating and often unfair. Instead of focusing on employee development, the environment rewards favoritism and noise over actual results. If you value transparency, recognition, and real career progression, this is definitely a place to avoid.
