      Free Transportation Gera Commerce zone new Campus Facilities Nothing Else

      Cons

      Products on Old Technology . Old Managers (AVP/VPs ) who are there from last 5-10 YRS don't want new joiners to settle as they are insecure and create same environment within team as they are not sound technically. Politics at team level , Boot lickers will get hike and promotion as is in hands in manger whom to give hike and promotion. Get reviews in which department you will join before joining the company . Less number of ratings so it is must to give last rating to some people within team. Give 1 star to senior management as glassdoor not allow 0 star. New joiners starts searching elsewhere as soon they find the actual work culture of the team .

      The salary and benefits attached to it are good

      Cons

      The people sitting in the management profile who has been in the organisation during the infancy period are still there. These guys do not understand the IT industry or process which is gradually making the system hollow . Legacy IT infrastructure . No Learning curve or career benefits . Any lateral hire cannot stick to the culture for more than 6months. If they are sticking it is just because of personal commitment. Attrition of lateral hires is high No work life balance. No human emotions. People going through personal exigency are treated in a inhuman way. Even the state of mind during such exigencies are considered as lack of performance Ideas or innovation are not welcomed unless it is given by senior management Inhouse projects to create products without minimum understanding .

      Pay is reasonable; Work life balance is good; people who are bootlickers will do well; Incompetency is an asset; the more reliant you are on your seniors the better rating would be better; People in UK/ US are extremely smart and aggressive which helps you in becoming a better professional

      Cons

      Director level incompetency hence no growth for people at a VP level; Directors don't even know that Equity futures are derivatives; No inputs are given during critical calls; No vision or any direction from the senior management in India; New joiners please do not waste your developmental years in this pathetic setuo. Serious issue in the management as they are all average managers and even poor leaders
