Pros

If you like early starts they'll routinely have you up at 5am.

Cons

This is a poorly run small business. Overuse of AI to write reports that are really shoddy. Management participates in wage theft through under staffing and expecting reports to be written and encourages the use of AI to save time. Clients have no ideas how many corners are cut and the reports uses garbage in garbage out to fudge the numbers.

Pros

Hours are good if you can wake up early. You can get off as early as 10am sometimes. But keep in mind that you're paid hourly. Street and garage parking fees are covered.

Cons

Poor pay. It's minimum wage. It's a part-time job more or less, even if you're working 5 days a week. A lot of driving = a lot of gas (which is not reimbursed in the form of a stipend or otherwise). Carry around a 20lb backpack everywhere

Flexibility in schedule and early hours allows to have the rest of the day for you, specially if you work well and fast

Cons

Workflow might be compromised depending of your performance during the day, sometimes requiring to work additional hours
