Pros
Barton is a career not a job. There are a lot of opportunities available that allow you to build your financial stability, and challenges that keep you going. I have been working with them for over three years. This year has not been easy, but to have a company work around my personal situation during the pandemic has spoken volumes to myself and my family. Thank you!
Cons
You can't show up and expect things to happen. You have to work for it!

When we hire sales staff to join the team at Barton Associates, their success is based on the growth, development and effective communication with their portfolio of clients. Everyone starts out with no clients, and based on one's effort and skills, their book is built. There is a substantial difference in how time is spent as a successful team member tenures. In the first few months, more time will be spent prospecting and following up on leads. As the portfolio is built, more time is spent working with clients. We offer a competitive entry-level base salary. Our compensation package and rich incentive program is meant to reward those who generate sales. Thank you for providing feedback. Since COVID hit last year, the management team at Barton has worked extensively to provide a safe working environment for our team members. We constantly monitor updates from states and CDC rules and guidelines. Our policies are modified accordingly. The measures we set help protect our team members from spread at the office. Any violation of our policy has been met with appropriate action. What happens outside of the office is not within our control. Regards, Jonathan Retchin Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
Pros
Holiday Party, Incentive Structure, Vacation Incentive
Cons
The company is very focused on weeding out their new hires as soon as possible. Regardless if you are doing well, you will be threatened as a team to loose your job. There pep talks are filled with negativity, and this employer cannot and will not teach you anything except how lowball a physician.
