      Pros

      Compensation is very competitive Management is very hands on and gets to know all staff Property is beautiful The club has a stellar reputation locally and nationally, largely due to the high profile of the General Manager. Employees rarely have difficulty finding their next opportunity due to this fact. The Club also has many accolades such as Platinum Club status, Forbes most exclusive yacht clubs, etc.

      Cons

      Like any hospitality job, the days can be long and clientele can be tough at times.
