Pros
I relocated for this position and was given lots of flexibility when I came on board. Was encouraged to be creative and contribute at every turn. Learnt so much in the first 6 months - perfect position if you're straight out of college.
Cons
Company owns many brands, so there's lots to manage, but it's NEVER boring.
