Pros

I am constantly reminded to reach out to supervisors for support. They are always available to take emergency calls and are consistently supervising in-person.

Cons

Nature of the job is stressful. Clients could cancel last minute and scheduling will try to reassign you with little to no notice.

Pros

The supervisors go above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable, excited and confident to serve your clients to your best ability. The families and children are also a joy to work with.

Cons

Hours are not guaranteed, as stated by the company from the get-go. It is more of a part-time job rather than a full-time job. Also, expect for cancellations without compensation as well as a 13-month commitment to the company.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts. We want to address your concerns and provide some clarity about how we operate, as we genuinely value being transparent and supportive from the start. We strive to offer full-time hours to those who have open and consistent availability, and we work hard to match employees with clients to build strong, lasting relationships. That said, when availability is limited, it can impact the number of hours we’re able to provide. As for the 13-month commitment, we know this might feel like a big ask, but it’s rooted in our dedication to your growth. We invest heavily in our team, covering the costs of state licensing and providing extensive training to set our employees up for success. This is a big commitment on our part, and the 13-month period simply ensures that the effort we put into supporting you translates into the best care for our clients and helps us continue investing in others. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving how we support our amazing team members. If you ever have additional suggestions or want to connect further, please reach out—we’d love to hear from you!

Pros

Good place to learn about ABA and become an RBT

Cons

Inconsistent hours. They’d not pay you if client cancels minute before scheduled shift. A lot of broken up hours so makes days long woth unpaid breaks between 3-4 hour shifts…
