I worked at Bell Canada full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

You have a job that can potentially pay well.

    Cons

Expectation of everyone to travel to Mississauga is far too much to ask in this day and age of having the ability to work from home. There is so much technology that Bell sells that we do not utilize as a company to allow the employees of the company to have more of a work life balance.
Still the gap between female and male salaries is a concern.
