Pros
Talented individuals who compete as a true team. Strong culture. People care about each other here. They feel accountable to one another. As a result the firm attracts and retains talent that wants to win, but wants to do it in the right way, collectively. Accountable to each other. Strong collective investment judgment and results over a long time demonstrate that.
Cons
Long hours true of any firm in the private equity industry. They do a good job at focusing on what matters and deploying team resources against highest probability opportunities. Also very respectful of family and understand the importance of recharging.
