      Pros

      Good work/life balance, friendly employees, some good benefits.

      Cons

      High turnover, not many opportunities for growth/learning, boring work, upper management and CEO disconnected, not much of a work from home policy (1 day/week), "family" culture, a lot of firing in certain departments, no reward/recognition system.

      + Amazing people, great vibes + You can have an actual impact on the business' bottom line + It gives you a chance to touch almost every aspect of the business - analytics, product, strategy, marketing and more + Initiatives and new ideas are always welcome + Opportunity to enter to a great school for digital marketing, with no previous experience

      Cons

      - Like every small-medium size company, sometimes you should do things that are not under your direct responsibility (On a positive note, it gives a chance to get to know other parts of the business)
