*Work culture and work ethics are worst * 6 days work. week off only on Sundays. * No enough communication facilities like Internet, Phones etc.. *Visible discrimination between different employment types viz, Executives, employees. casuals, contract engineers and trainees *Contract engineers, Casuals and trainees are tortured to get maximum work done. *No respect to each other *Canteen only has Karnataka meals. No other options *Mobile phone not allowed *Securities behaves like prison guards * Contract engineers, trainees and casuals are not provided with any privileges like BEL officers club, swimming pool etc * Whole company is filled with grandpas and grandmas who always spreads negative vibe all over the company with their dull and arrogant faces
