I have been working at Bharat Financial Inclusion full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

If you don't have any skill and don't want to grow in your career, but just want to make money - this is the right place. But, decide to retire from here, no matter what... - in other words, if someone says spits on your face and says your work is pathetic (it will be because you have no skills) - you must be ready to wipe it off, because you are bound to get rich. It's awesome - that way!!

    Cons

Downside - I guess it is self-explanatory. You will be treated as a champion, if you don't know how to read an email, don't follow email etiquettes, can't track back an information from the trail-mail (but ask the sender to send it again). You can't survive if you are up to speed with your skill-set and technical advancements in your domain. So, overall, work-ex sucks,

I have been working at Bharat Financial Inclusion full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Nothing is good in this organization

    Cons

No learning, even you will start forgetting English-speaking if you will not practice it on your own as your boss even don't know how to write a good mail. Except compensation everything is bad in this organization. Top management feels that they have bought field staff after giving them salary. When I joined this organization everyone told that I will not be in this company more than 1 year and yes they have told correctly. BFIL is not for MBA grads. exception is only when you will get opportunity to work in HO. No holiday even on Sunday, you have to work either your superior will tell you to leave the organization. Even they will ask you to work on national holidays.
