We believe our company strategy is clear and regularly communicated - it is the growth of all brands.       It is true that Managers are not 'friends' but this does not mean we accept behaviours that fall below a standard where everyone feels physiologically safe. We address concerns where we are made aware of them and take appropriate action but we of course understand this may not always meet the expectations of colleagues.
