Terrible leads Strict sales goals even though it’s impossible to sell to the leads Micromanaged Have to take 50-60 calls a day anymore to maybe get 1 sale and even then it’s not enough for them to be happy The quality of the leads and morale has tanked horribly No growth potential No raises False hope in more money
